Do you have strong analytical skills, and love to use data to derive insight and help “tell the story”? If so, we are looking for you! As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be one of Ensono’s most valuable team members. Working directly with our Senior Manager of FP&A you will support our revenue team with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, creating reports and dashboards for our Senior Leadership team. You will collaborate with members across the Finance team, as well as Accounting, Sales, Product, and Client teams to drive execution of our company financial goals.
 

What You Will Do:

• Lead revenue reporting and forecasting for our business
• Analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present recommendations to the Senior Leadership team within areas of responsibility
• Leverage reports from financial and CRM systems (Workday/Adaptive Insight/Salesforce) to deliver insights into revenue results and trends, identifying risk and opportunities for improvement
• Lead ad hoc analyses that support management in developing initiatives to drive growth and margin improvements
• Build and maintain financial forecasting models, including creating all the appropriate processes and workflows required to maintain the models and their inputs
• Develop and implement a higher level of automation into regular processes and create dashboards that identify areas for action by business leaders
• Build strong relationships inside and outside FP&A and drive the financial acumen of business partners
• Seek opportunities to build financial, accounting, and analysis skills as well as knowledge of the IT outsourcing industry

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of related experience
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Demonstrated expertise in use of Excel/PowerPoint and other financial/data reporting tools
• Ability to read and interpret financial documents
• Ability to derive insights and handle ambiguity from limited data sets
• Ability to develop and communicate clear models to represent business situations and summarize key ideas to both financial and non-financial counterparts
• Attention to detail to develop accurate reports and analysis
• Strong sense of ownership to drive positive business results and personal growth
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, with global counterparts, including stakeholders in other regions (primarily UK and India)
