The Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and innovative Sr. Financial Analyst to support the rapidly growing demand on FP&A. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will include exposure to the entire financial model, providing monthly updates on our financial strength and updating our projections, lead on ad hoc analyses with various leaders in the organization and aid in the re-design and/or optimization of our planning/forecasting processes. This role will work with senior leaders across sales, marketing, partnerships, and operations to provide meaningful analytics, reports and insights across the business, leveraging these insights for our financial projections

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously within established timeframes and maintain an awareness of status and project deliverables
• Gain exposure to executive and senior leadership teams
• Lead ad hoc analytical requests across sales, partner, marketing, and operations to provide insights and power decisions
• Develop and finalize KPI dashboards for the management team and for the larger company
• Assist in the creation of bottoms-up and top-down financial projections
• Monthly analysis and discussion of financial KPIs
• Partner with cross functional teams to provide business with financial analysis and ad hoc analyses as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years' work experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role required
• Strong data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
