Job Description

The senior financial analyst will play a key role for the North America finance organization. In this role you will provide support for all financial planning, analysis, and reporting for North America expenses. The position reports directly to the North America FP&A Leader.

  • Ensure that reporting is reflective of operations and compliant with policies
  • Plan and monitor financial performance and provide systems and process recommendations which will include:
  • Financial planning – coordination and execution of financial planning processes including collection and consolidation of data and reporting related to forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance
  • Financial reporting – monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reporting to both internal stakeholders and corporate finance
  • Financial analysis – Includes risk and opportunity identification and insights into variances vs budget and/or forecast
  • Special projects – participation in cross functional teams and support on prioritized projects
  • Proactively improve current processes and areas of efficiency with reporting and forecasting

Qualifications

You are an ambitious growing finance professional. You have the foundational financial skills to execute this role and are looking for an opportunity that will not only allow you to showcase your skills, but also will provide you growth opportunity while you gain exposure supporting business leaders. You have the focus and attention to detail necessary to ensure data integrity.

  • Finance or Accounting Degree required
  • 3+ years of FP&A experience
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work autonomously
  • Strong project management, organizational, and financial management skills
  • MS365 Advanced Skills
  • Prior experience using enterprise financial systems: SAP Analytics Cloud, Hyperion, Ariba, SAP
