Summary / Objective 
Reports to: SVP Controller (Head of FP&A)

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing Outcome Health’s (OH) monthly management reporting package, monthly forecasts and annual budgets. Additionally, the role will establish monthly business unit reviews with management and track and report on actions in a closed loop method. 

The candidate must be highly detail-oriented, accurate and capable of analyzing information and drawing conclusions in a clear, concise manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish monthly reporting package for management and adjust content to changing information and performance measurement needs of the business.
  • Create centralized reporting sources for all aspects of revenue, cost and capital drivers of business and financial performance and ensure reporting packages are linked to centralized sources of data. This includes, but is not limited to: 
  • Customer revenue metrics
  • Device counts, revenue per device and Office counts, revenue per office
  • Expense ratios.
  • Efficiency metrics, and Margin/ROI metrics.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and rolling budgets and report on performance compared to forecast/budget.
  • Partner with management to understand drivers of forecast and budget variances and drive action plans to close gap. Refresh assumptions as needed and create audit trail on impact of variances.
  • Meet with management each month to review results and take actions to achieve targets including new initiative financial support. 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • 3-5 years in an FP&A analyst role or equivalent.
  • Thorough understanding of financial statements, financial metrics, close cycles and revenue dynamics.
  • Strong skills in analyzing financial data.
  • Effective communication skills including ability to summarize information in actionable, presentable format for executives and investors.
  • Strong skills in managing and maintaining centralized data sources and driving efficiencies in the FP&A process.
