What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience in an analytical pricing role where you are able to grasp fundamental pricing principals

A thought leader; the ability to work independently, influence others, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to accomplish a common goal

Clear understanding of Agile development methodologies and how to apply them

High analytical aptitude with exceptional communications skills; the ability to translate data into a relatable story

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other related field

What We’d Love to See:

2+ years' experience working with CPQ software either as a pricing professional or a business analyst is highly preferred

Masters of Business Administration with coursework on pricing framework

Impact You'll Make

In this position, you'll be responsible for the modernization of our pricing and quoting infrastructure by working with sales to listen to the needs of our customers, both internal and external. You will develop and maintain a healthy development backlog and work with leadership to prioritize that backlog into a well communicated and understood roadmap. Your success will deliver real business results including revenue growth, margin expansion, accelerated sales and operational efficiencies. This is a strategic and tactical position, your impact to the success of the team will include the following:

You will be responsible for the business as usual operation of the TransUnion quoting tool CPQ. This will include pricing updates, list pricing maintenance and on-boarding new products, as well as the on-going training of the sales teams.

You will provide leadership and consulting on complex projects related to the implementation of new features and business units the CPQ tool include identifying areas for process improvement. You will work with business stakeholders, document business requirements and participate in system improvement projects as assigned.

You will develop and maintain collaborative relationships throughout TU’s USIS Markets in order to accomplish work priorities. You will educate, interact and assist management and associates with interpretation of pricing policies and procedures with the explicit goal of translating those objectives into functional requirements for the CPQ quoting tool.

You may occasionally be responsible for end-to-end delivery of customer repricing campaigns. You will assume joint budgetary responsibility for achieving incremental revenue targets, then monitor, track, and report on pricing campaigns contributing to the wider team’s objectives.

Finally, there may be opportunities to coach junior team members through project management duties.
