You are looking for your next position as a Staff Accountant. You are passionate about working on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, A/P and cash, and the general ledger. You are looking to join a fast-growth technology company and join our Finance and Accounting team. You will report directly to our Accounting Manager. 

You are most excited about:

• Direct ownership over cash and prepaid and accrued expenses.
• Preparation of journal entries to help with timely and accurately presented financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Preparation of monthly account reconciliations including bank accounts and prepaid and accrued expenses.
• Assisting in analyzing current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred.
• Assisting with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP and management reporting packages.
• Other projects as necessary.

Requirements & Preferred Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent
• CPA certificate
• 2-4 years of practical GAAP accounting experience 
• Fast learner interested in improving processes
• Experience working with fast-growth technology company, strongly preferred 
• Experience working with a SaaS product, preferred
• Experience with A/P and monthly reporting preferred
• Experience with Netsuite or similar accounting systems
