Regroup is seeking an Accounting Manager focused on executing the general accounting and financial reporting functions of the company. In addition, she or he will own the Accounts Payable/Receivable processes including entering invoices and corresponding with vendors/customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with month end close and management reporting
• Own the Accounts Payable process including entering invoices and corresponding with vendors
• Perform monthly account reconciliations
• Help to develop and strengthen internal controls
• Provide technical accounting GAAP guidance and support
•  Support work relating to external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records. Is further responsible for the implementation of agreed upon recommendations, related to areas of responsibility, resulting from the audit findings
• Provide technical accounting GAAP guidance and support

Qualifications:

• Thorough knowledge of GAAP
• Detail oriented
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proven problem solver
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA required
• 3-5  years experience (preferably including public accounting)                                                               

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Quickbooks and NetSuite
• Demonstrated experience related to SaaS
