Traditional finance systems can’t capture the level of detail and nuances specific to SaaS, which leads to many frustrating hours trying to cobble together reports and make sense of metrics. About the Role:

As an early member of the KPI Sense team, you will primarily be responsible for the delivery of our solution to clients. Key tasks would include financial modeling, creating FP&A reporting, and working directly with clients on active engagements. While client delivery will be a key component of the role out of the gates, we envision this individual being extremely valuable to the business moving forward, with the opportunity to wear many hats and be involved in various cross-functional initiatives.

About You:

• 3-6 Years of relevant experience

• Not required, however ideal candidates will have a strong background in finance and strategy (Investment Banking, Big 4 Accounting, Corporate Development, VC/PE or FP&A at a SaaS company)

• Ability to switch gears and manage multiple finance or operation projects while delivering results on schedule.

• Strong understanding of SaaS business drivers and metrics like MRR, Churn, and Valuations

• Expert proficiency in Excel

• Extremely strong writing and verbal skills

Your Day to Day:

• Partner with the delivery team to help deliver projects to our clients including managing own account relationships from implementation through renewal.

• Analyze client financial and operational trends and assist in building out dashboards and other financial models for our clients

• Work with development resources to automate and improve end customer reporting

• Getting involved with other parts or the business, whether it be recruiting our next team member, writing a blog post or talking with potential customers in the pipeline.

We are based in Chicago but are open to remote applicants.
