Job Description
McDonald’s Technology Finance is seeking a dynamic leader for the role Manager FP&A Global Technology Enterprise Services.
Digital and restaurant technology are significant drivers of growth at McDonald's. The Global Technology Enterprise Services (GTES) organization manages the infrastructure delivering technology solutions that drives performance and enables the digital business.
Technology Finance is an integrated and trusted business partner to all organizations within Global Technology at McDonald's Corporation. Our Technology Finance team is a close-knit, diverse and energetic group of finance professionals. In addition to enriching business partnerships and providing financial leadership, our team delivers overall FP&A for Global Technology and McDonald’s Corporate.
The role Manager FP&A Global Technology Enterprise Services requires a fast-paced,independent and forward-thinking individual. This role is heavily transactional within an extremely strategic environment, thus a successful candidate will be deliberate and accountable with a visionary aptitude. A high-profile role interacting with senior leadership requiring strong, influential and professional communication. Day 1, the candidate must bring experience to the table and must contribute to an already strong team chemistry.
Manager FP&A Global Technology Enterprise Services is expected to navigate uncharted situations, drive business performance, provide insightful analysis. Ability to boil-down and de-mystify information to facilitate effective cross-functional discussions is mandatory.
- Manage, lead, mentor, develop two direct reports
- Lead your team of three through all financial cycle responsibilities including all current processes & future improvements, delegation of work, accountability of analysis, forecast accuracy
- Financial cycles include Annual Plan, periodic forecasting, long-term projections, monthly accounting closes
- Cultivate robust business partnerships with an organization significant in size, complexity and stature
- Engage in meaningful and relevant interactions with senior leadership (Senior Directors and VPs)
- Grasp the opportunity of frequent ad-hoc analysis and projects, inception through eventual completion
- Correlate large amounts of financial data into meaningful cross-functional business discussions

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting
- Minimum 8 years of working experience post undergraduate degree
- Proficient with large-scale cost management and budgetary planning
- Naturally skillful with financial systems
- Adept with complicated Excel models
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA
- Abundance of Corporate Accounting and Corporate Finance experience
- Cost Accounting and FP&A experience are pluses
- Previous experience managing direct reports
- Accounting and Finance experience with complex budgets and environments are pluses
