Treasury Analyst
About the role:
Enova is currently searching for a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. Primary responsibilities will be treasury operations and risk management focused including working closely with our businesses and tech teams to ensure daily large volume ACH are processed accurately and on time, managing short-term borrowing and investing, cash repatriation, cash forecasting, bank fee analysis, and bank account administration. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-directed problem solver, who thrives in a tech friendly, innovative environment, who will be expected to partner across the organization on key initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare various reports including but not limited to daily cash reports, stock repurchase reports, and true-up reports
- Initiate electronic payments, process stop payments, and process positive pay decisioning
- Oversee the short-term investment portfolio
- Review and analyze bank fees
- Administer the Enova Corporate Cards function
- Assist with the annual Insurance renewal
- Assist with quarterly SOX compliance review and annual FBAR filing
- Manage Bank Portal administration by ensuring signers and access is current and documented properly
- Assists with ad hoc requests as needed
We’re excited about you if you have:
- An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 2+ years of prior Corporate Treasury and/or Banking experience
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Work with little supervision, maintain high productivity, meet deadlines for key deliverables
