ABOUT THE ROLE:
As FP&A manager, you will be heavily involved all areas of corporate finance (e.g. treasury, cash flow modeling, debt financing, monthly reporting, budgeting, etc), with ability to add value as you see opportunity. Direct access to senior management in a dynamic and teaming environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop business planning and analysis processes including the development and refinement of business unit’s reporting and analysis, review and assess KPI metrics
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Play a central part in financial and operational analysis and execution of the operating plan
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Implement systems, processes, and controls that produce timely, reliable and accurate information needed for strategic decisions
- Assist with preparation of financial analysis for the Board of Directors including monthly and quarterly reporting
- Work with senior leadership and have significant involvement in annual planning and budgeting process
- Research, develop, and measure key operating metrics across all departments including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Client Engagement, Product, etc.
- Monthly departmental budget to actual P&L comparisons
- Responsible for building and maintaining a fully circular cash flow model (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) to forecast cash/P&L on a monthly basis
REQUIRED BACKGROUND AND SKILLS:
- 4+ years experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
