Position Overview:

The Catch Company is looking for a Fulfillment Director to own and manage all activities in and relating to our fulfillment center.

What you will do:

• Own the relationship with our fulfillment partner (traveling as necessary to our fulfillment center in Nashville, TN) and drive them to control costs and improve service levels
• Ensure accurate and timely receiving, production, order processing, and outbound shipping at our fulfillment center
• Identify and capture opportunities to improve fulfillment capabilities and efficiency through capex investment
• Collaborate with Merchandising team to establish and enforce partner shipping requirements
• Manage indirect fulfillment spend (packaging, printed materials, shipping, etc.)
• Work closely with other function heads to execute cross-functional strategic initiatives, such as new product launches
• Manage a direct report, work closely with the broader operations team, and build a larger fulfillment team over time as operations scale
• Create new sourcing relationships and build competitive markets for our business

What experience you need:

• 4-year bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain and Logistics operations OR Supply Chain and Logistics consulting
• Experience with some combination of vendor management, inventory management, strategic sourcing, and logistics and freight management
• Six Sigma certification is preferred
• Experience running RFPs required, managing award and transition preferred
