The Experiential & Content Producer is responsible for managing the production of immersive experiences, from concept development to execution. This role requires a combination of creativity, project management, and technical expertise to deliver high-quality, memorable brand experiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of experiential and content marketing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION

  • Project Management:
    • Oversee the end-to-end production of experiential and content marketing projects, including OOP budgeting, scheduling, and logistics
    • Plan and implement execution roadmaps by working closely with account lead, strategy, and creative teams while ensuring projects are on time and on budget
    • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and third-party partners to ensure the timely delivery of services and materials; includes identifying experiential 3rd party partners who can assist with execution as well as issuing RFP and vetting partner responses
    • Oversees day-to-day responsibilities of delivery of the client and partner
    • Anticipate and detect areas of conflict and opportunities to avoid financial, operational and/or strategic issues - address or escalate each issue effectively and efficiently
    • Lead teams across functional areas, ensuring all members are meeting deliverables as well as resolve issues with partner, the client and internally relative to all facets of client engagement
    • Build and maintain client relationships via executional excellence/delivery of scope
    • Coordinate, release and schedule process and procedures for client functionality
    • Support new idea feasibility and identify alternate solutions, in partnership with Account Director
    • Communicate implications of changed plans to client and agency teams in an effective and timely manner
    • Liaises with IAT partners to determine delivery best practices and evolve delivery processes; build strong relationships and partnership with cross-functional partners
  • Creative Development:
    • Work closely with the creative team to translate brand objectives into engaging and innovative experiences.
    • Provide input on design, technology, and content to ensure the experience aligns with the brand's goals and audience expectations.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and solutions that push the boundaries of traditional marketing.
  • Execution:
    • Supervise on-site setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements are delivered to the highest standard.
    • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process, ensuring minimal disruption to the experience.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and legal requirements.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and projects are delivered within financial constraints.
    • Negotiate contracts and fees with vendors and suppliers to maximize value without compromising quality.
  • Account Leadership Interaction & Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as the main point of contact for Account Leadership in order to provide regular updates and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Gather and implement feedback of each department (Accounts, Strategy & Creative) to refine and improve future experiences.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in experiential marketing.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at events as needed.
  • Demonstrated experience working with major brands to support strategic brand communications using integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • A willingness to do whatever it takes while being a consistent collaborator, leader and team member
  • Digital and static asset development- website development, animated and static web/in-app banner asset development, working knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Knowledge of media fundamentals (media plans, buys/revisions, creative rotations, material insertions, deliverables)


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital and virtual event platforms.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and production tools.
  • Understanding of technical production elements, such as AV, lighting, and staging.
