To help our teams work together effectively, this role is fully remote, but requires you to be located in a US timezone. We're looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team, passionately focused on delivering creative improvements for our engineering teams.
What You'll Do:

  • Build REST APIs that power core customer experiences
  • Build customer-facing React components
  • Configure monitoring for backend services
  • Build CICD pipelines
  • Develop integrations with our content management system
  • Build features and services with reliability in mind


Your Background:

  • 1- 3+ years experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and supporting libraries (ex. ES6, React, Node)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a preference for Computer Science degree
  • Experience performing platform integrations using REST
  • A background in working with GIT in a collaborative team setting
  • Familiarity writing cross-browser compliant HTML & Sass/CSS
  • Familiarity working with UX and Visual Designers
  • Familiarity with server technologies. (NPM, Docker, NGINX, Express/Node)
  • A love for working collaboratively on a team with varied strengths


If you've got these skills, even better:

  • Experience working with an enterprise content management system
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS
  • Java experience
  • Freemarker experience
  • Rust experience


Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $147,500 - $196,600
Zone B: $132,700 - $177,000
Zone C: $122,400 - $163,200
