The Role

Sales Enablement Program Manager
Location: Austin, TX preferred location. Open to Remote US
Responsibilities

  • Work with the GEO enablement teams and sales to develop, optimize and execute globally consistent enablement programs that drive improvements with key sales metrics (ie: increased pipeline, improved closed-won rates)
  • Execute with strong program management skills, including creating and monitoring work-plans, managing against milestones, following through with deliverable owners, driving proactive stakeholder communications, and tracking program KPIs.
  • Drive the planning and execution of sales training events, with a priority on sales kickoff;
    • Guide core SKO team members
    • Manage event support & logistics
    • Select and curate content for main stages and ancillary tracks, and
    • Ensure timely, relevant SKO communications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across a global, matrixed environment to support the needs of the business
  • Build a strong relationship with the sales organization and be perceived as a trusted advisor
  • Understand industry leading trends in learning strategies and tools
  • Develop and analyze success metrics to measure impact and improve learning programs; continuously assess delivery process improvement opportunities


Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ experience in sales enablement, program management, or direct sales or sales management experience
  • Excellent program management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines. High value placed on experience managing Sales Kick-offs or similar large scale events
  • Have an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Expertise in adult learning principles and training best practices in a high-tech environment
  • Experience with sales methodologies and processes, experience with Value Selling and MEDDPICC a plus
  • Experience working with LMS and CMS or similar technologies
  • Excellent Google Workspace skills including Sheets, Slides, Docs and Forms
