Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Growth and Partnership Manager to manage an array of digital and text messaging based outreach initiatives. mRelief’s target audience is low-income families and this role will execute digital marketing efforts that identify and engage people who comprise the demographic of the 9 million families who are eligible for but not receiving food stamps. Thus, this requires an innovative approach to identifying and engaging a community that is often not the subject of marketing campaigns.

This is a full-time position located in Chicago, IL and unfortunately does not allow you to work remotely. As soon as you start at mRelief, you will play a critical role in driving awareness about how families can apply for social services in the most affirming way possible. This position will report to the Executive Director.

Growth & Partnership tasks include:

  • Day-to-day search engine marketing campaign management and optimization based on ROI including:
    • Bid management;
    • Developing, maintaining, optimizing keyword sets;
    • Determine competitive sets and analysis;
    • Initiating and guiding food stamp application completion strategies;
    • Writing and optimizing paid search ad copy;
    • A/B testing;
  • Increasing mRelief.com’s search engine ranking on Google, Bing and Yahoo
  • Establishing public and private digital partnerships that enable user growth
  • Generating messaging and creative content to test with low-income populations to identify what resonates.
  • Working with stakeholders to identify channels which are most effective for low-income populations.
  • Managing social media presence - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and driving users to mRelief.
  • Take ownership over quarterly and annual growth metrics.
  • Weekly internal reporting on conversion and campaign performance
  • Generate decks summarizing external monthly and quarterly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, and other paid search initiatives.

We are looking for someone:

  • With at least two years of relevant experience in Search Engine Marketing or Paid Social Media Campaigns.
  • Located in or willing to move to Chicago.
  • Bachelor’s degree with focus in business, marketing, statistics, or math is preferred, but not required
  • Experience using bid management platforms a plus
  • Interested in Social Impact, Social Services a plus.
  • Organized, detailed oriented, self-directed and computer literate.
