As the US Head of Marketing and Brand, you will lead our marketing efforts for the US, focusing on enhancing our employer brand and driving strategic initiatives. Working closely with global and regional leaders, you will create marketing campaigns to promote Optiver’s culture and engage recruitment candidates. In this role, your innovative ideas and marketing experience will bring Optiver to the next level.
What you’ll do:
You will work alongside the Regional Chief People Officer, the Group Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications and Global Heads of Recruitment to devise and execute employer brand and marketing strategies for the region and contribute to global marketing initiatives.
As the US Head of Marketing and Brand, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and strengthening the Optiver employer brand using strategic external branding and marketing
- Working closely with our internal Global Creative Lead and external creative agency to develop regional marketing campaigns aligned with our global positioning and guidelines
- Partnering with the Global Head of Digital Marketing and an external media agency to execute our (US) paid media and performance strategy across all digital channels
- Concepting, producing and distributing creative, differentiating rich media content (written, video, photography, etc.)
- Using experiential marketing and branding to engage recruitment candidates at university and industry events
- Overseeing the creation of compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including email, social media, websites and corporate publications
- Mentoring and managing a small regional team of marketing professionals
- Building a network of local suppliers to ensure top-quality design, photography and video production for marketing campaigns

Who you are:
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in a relevant field of study
- 10+ years’ experience in marketing and branding with proven expertise in digital and growth marketing
- A strategic thinker who can expand our boundaries and bring new ideas

- Excellent writing skills and proven experience in content development
