Summary
The Affiliate Recruiter is responsible for building and maintaining our team of in-field vendors through market & vendor research for our clients around the country. This role qualifies leads for new vendors through cold outreach, establishing a baseline rapport, and converts leads into our preferred vendors.
Responsibilities
- Research new vendors that will service the needs and locations of our clients
- Complete cold calls daily to establish relationships with vendors and gain leads
- Qualify new vendors based on references, reviews, certifications and quality of work performed
- Support identification and development opportunities for current and new vendors
- Negotiate with vendors on price, delivery, terms, etc.
- Monitor existing sourcing needs for existing customers
- Ensure that sourcing processes and policies are in line with business processes
- Develop and delivers presentations to executives and others, as needed
- Foster a positive team environment
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of internal and external data
- Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years equivalent work experience
