Affiliate Recruiter
Summary
The Affiliate Recruiter is responsible for building and maintaining our team of in-field vendors through market & vendor research for our clients around the country. This role qualifies leads for new vendors through cold outreach, establishing a baseline rapport, and converts leads into our preferred vendors.
Responsibilities
• Research new vendors that will service the needs and locations of our clients
• Complete cold calls daily to establish relationships with vendors and gain leads
• Qualify new vendors based on references, reviews, certifications and quality of work performed
• Support identification and development opportunities for current and new vendors
• Negotiate with vendors on price, delivery, terms, etc.
• Monitor existing sourcing needs for existing customers
• Ensure that sourcing processes and policies are in line with business processes
• Develop and delivers presentations to executives and others, as needed
• Foster a positive team environment
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of internal and external data
• Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
• 1-3 years equivalent work experience
