What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Organizational Psychology or related field.
Five or more years of experience with leave administration including short- and long-term disability including various state leave regulations as well as leave and at-work accommodation (ADA) management.
Five or more years of experience with administration of health and welfare plans including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life/AD&D and retirement as well as state and federal benefit laws.
Experience in ACA compliance and 1095 reporting.
Experience with 5500 reporting
Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Learning agility with processes and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, good communication skills as well as good organizational skills.

Impact You'll Make
Manage and administer the leave of absence and accommodation program with external absence management partner and ensure compliance with all state leave regulations and reporting.
Conduct various audits for benefit plans.
Collaborate with HRIS regarding benefits administration.
Provide Federal 5500 data to broker.
Assist with various benefits inquiries such as but not limited to troubleshooting deduction issues, claim issues, file integrations, vendor relations, etc.
Work with outsourced vendors for COBRA, 401(k), health and welfare plans.
Review and process life events and weekly benefit maintenance in Workday.
Ability to clearly communicate with HR team and associates regarding various benefit inquiries.
Assist with annual enrollment.
Complete annual ACA hours audit and assist with annual 1095 reporting.
401(k) administration including quarterly audits, annual reporting, excess contributions.
Provide support and assistance with TransUnion’s wellness program.
Provide back-up to team.
Assist and own various benefit projects, as needed.
