The role
Kin + Carta is looking to hire a Sourcing Coordinator to drive new business opportunities for demand and hunt new talent to match them with the perfect career opportunity at K+C. You will be working alongside the rest of the Demand and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure we are working cohesively and bringing in the best clients and talent to K+C.
Activities involve prospecting (cold calling, research, emailing, LinkedIn) and lead qualification. The ideal candidate has experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The most successful people in this role have a passion for the emerging tech space and are highly motivated, productive, analytical and organized.
Role responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, social selling, and networking
- Uncover interested prospects and decision-makers in key verticals to initiate sales process
- Develop, maintain, and expand your database of prospects within your pipeline
- Maintain a high level of Kin + Carta solution expertise and competitive intelligence, becoming an expert on customer experience and emerging technology
- Work closely with Directors of Client Engagement to develop strategy surrounding targeted industries and territories
- Develop sales plans in order to achieve individual and company goals
- Submit accurate and complete information in Salesforce.com and provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends, and challenges
- Meet or exceed monthly individual and team goals
- Create partnerships with the Talent Acquisition team and become a trusted source of quality candidates
- Find and engage with exceptional talent to join Kin + Carta
- Building our talent pipeline with qualified candidates
- Using various social sites and tools to understand candidates’ motivations and career goals in order to engage with them in a meaningful way
- Building and managing a strong, qualified pipeline for multiple roles specifically in the technical and UX space
- Helping create and own the best practices around sourcing talented individuals - this is a new practice, we are looking for someone to help shape and build our practice supporting our global offices
- Driving location-based outreach including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, meetups, and other events to support our offices in the Americas (US & Latin America)
- Building a pipeline of talent for future hiring needs
Minimum qualifications

- Driven to succeed and grow is required
- Prominent organization, communication and time management skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Proven ability to prospect, build lists, cold call and create new sales opportunities
Preferred qualifications
- A 4-year degree is desired
- A strong understanding of enterprise IT concepts and emerging technology is desired, but not required
- 1-2 years of sales experience (but can accept less for highly talented individuals)
- Experience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator
