Job Description
Manages the logistics of the interviewing process for candidates, including scheduling, transportation, accommodation, reimbursement, and expense reporting. Supports intern and talent program onboarding. Processes, reconciles invoices, and completes vendor payments.
Responsibilities

On-boards and off-boards interns and talent program participants.
Manages logistics for participants of talent programs, including travel, housing, and transportation.
Processes, manages expenses, and reconciles invoices and purchase orders.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through acting as the face of Discover and ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment to interview and beyond.
Utilizes effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
Perform enterprise wide administrative support functions for the Emerging Talent team including recruiting coordination, offer letter creation/submission, talent profile design/format, ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, organizing travel and other related support activities
Assist with the campus recruitment process, including posting jobs, information sessions, career fairs, diversity recruiting, referral campaigns, candidate outreach, social media and employment branding, and creating the calendar of events
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (virtual and onsite), including scheduling phone screens, candidates days, confirming schedules with interviewers and hiring managers, securing rooms, arranging travel
Candidate correspondence and follow-up: scheduling interviews, travel and expense reimbursements, offer letter creation and submission, new hire information, onboarding, visa applications and relocations
Assist in the background screening process, inclusive of new hires paperwork, background check facilitation, etc.
Respond to inquiries from managers and new hires relating to on-boarding activities and program administration
Work with the Emerging Talent team to help drive best practices
Maintain up-to-date candidate status information in the ATS and working documents
Utilize Applicant Tracking System to efficiently process and track candidates
Maintain reporting and metrics and ensure all Discover hiring practices remain compliant with OFCCP guidelines
Coordinates move requests for hires and transfers.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
H.S. Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications

6+ months work or internship experience in recruiting, coordination, administrative or similar relevant experience
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate level skill with Microsoft Office suite
