Job Description Summary

This role will be an integral part of CCC’s recruiting team and will serve as a critical enabler of the Company’s on-going organic growth strategy. The firm has a need to identify, attract and hire world-class future leaders into the firm. The Campus Recruiter is responsible for supporting all aspects of the intern and entry-level hiring process. In addition to hiring strategy and execution, this person will also be a key contributor to the success of the firm's summer intern program.

Job Duties

Responsibilities include:

• Design, manage and actively execute programs and activities to support the campus recruiting strategies for all practices

• Will partner with key stakeholders and other assigned team members to determine and communicate campus recruitment strategy, pipeline programs, candidate care, etc.

• Evaluate and measure campus recruiting results and identify areas for process and performance improvement

• Leverage new employment branding to build awareness and engagement and use social media to engage with prospective candidates.

• Engage students through job fairs, job postings & campus organizations, etc.

• Organize and oversee the candidate process from initial outreach through hiring and onboarding

• Help design and redevelop existing Internship program Qualifications as required

• Demonstrated ability to build successful working relationships with internal leaders to develop strategic plans and achieve goals for each assigned school. Keep them informed and appropriately involve them in recruiting activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively, collaborate and influence across a multi-location organization and continue to build strong relationships at all levels.

• Ability to work autonomously and exhibit a professional demeanor to internal and external clients is required and manage/prioritize multiple requests from different sources.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills (public speaking and presentations), organizational and time management skills; strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of how to keep abreast of internal and competitive market conditions

• Established experience building new marketing collateral in support of the organization’s campus recruiting needs

• Ability to travel as needed

• Proficient with using social media for candidate outreach

• Bachelor's degree required

• Communicate frequently with co-workers as well as with managers to discern their needs, and be able to express themselves
