Campus Recruiting Coordinator

You’ll work to identify and recruit some of the sharpest minds in proprietary trading and technology. You’ll be responsible for:
- Facilitating and owning all logistics for candidate interviews (Skype, campus, and in-office) and on-campus events
- Assisting with project management for all campus programs
- Coordinating travel arrangements for interview teams and candidates
- Maintaining Greenhouse applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting
- Managing all aspects of the campus recruiting calendar, from mapping out fall recruiting schedules to ensuring that key events/dates are on the calendars of participating interview teams
- Participating in strategic recruiting initiatives, such as employee interview training, in-office student visits, externships, etc
- Facilitating the planning and execution of summer internship programs
- Ensuring the accuracy of all candidate data via extensive tracking in Greenhouse and Microsoft Excel, and report on metrics to capture ROI from campus recruiting efforts
You’ll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree with up to 1 year experience in a coordinator/administrative role, preferably campus recruiting related
- Strong communication and organization skills, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time during peak campus hiring periods (fall/spring)
- Ability to help manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the willingness to go above and beyond
- Ability to work independently and as a member of the Campus Recruiting team
- Ability to track and analyze data and report data in a clear, organized format
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
