Responsible for building employer brand and reputation as top destination for diverse and technical talent, candidate sourcing, and candidate development programs. Ensures understanding of ideal candidate profiles, establishes relationship with career services at target universities, and creates campus brand building strategy through targeted campus events and student organization outreach.
Responsibilities
· Build DFS employer brand and reputation as top destination for diverse and technical talent. Establishes brand development plans at target schools, manages referrals, campus ambassadors, and school volunteers. Ensures sufficient URM pipeline and converts leads to prospects. Participates in creation of candidate communication strategy.
· Ensures understanding of ideal candidate profiles by segment. Establishes relationship with career services at target universities. Creates campus brand building strategy through targeted campus events and student organization outreach. Establish online events/activities to attract leads. Drives students from leads to prospects to applicants.
· Tracks and ensures volume, quality and diversity through application process. Progresses applicants based on standard/compliant criteria and follows timeline and targets by selection stage with little to no exceptions. Reviews applications, manages candidates through 1st round interviews.
· Schedules first round interviewers and conduct debriefs. Manages outreach process to candidates prior to first round video interview.
· Communicate feedback and insight to final round interviewers.
· Personal recruiter connection with candidates to prepare for final round process
· Promotes referral processes for successful interns and achieves at least a 70% offer rate of finalists. Follows up and closes on open offers.
· Supervises and manages employee and student volunteers at events. Manages relationship with Program Managers for alignments and updates.
Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma or GED
· 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and HR Communications or related field.
Preferred Qualifications

· 4+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and HR Communications or related field.
Analytical and systems thinking and a track record of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Previous corporate campus recruiting experience, ideally in financial services or professional services
