Recruiting Operations Associate

The Recruiting Operations Associate will be an integral part of creating and refining a positive candidate experience, directly contributing to our firm’s ability to attract and hire top talent. The position offers exposure across all levels of the organization, providing the opportunity to build strong relationships and enhance your understanding of best practice recruiting and HR processes. Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and high attention to detail are a must.
As a Recruiting Operations Associate, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the internal recruiting team in coordinating all logistics associated with the recruiting process internally and externally
- Managing candidate interview scheduling from start to finish including phone interviews, video conferences, and onsite meetings
- Monitoring interviews in the office to ensure the candidate’s experience is positive and schedule runs smoothly
- Tracking all interview activity and candidate data in Applicant Tracking System (currently Greenhouse)
- Drafting, sending and processing pre-employment and offer documents
- Supporting immigration program, processes and initiatives
- Continually focusing on process improvement and refining existing approaches to ensure a high-quality experience internally and externally: identifying inefficiencies, seeking out best practices, and implementing suggestions to maximize Recruiting’s effectiveness
- Assisting with other various administrative projects within the HR department
You’ll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have:
- 2+ years of progressive human resources experience
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Critical thinking, data analysis and ability to multitask
- customer service focus, with a high level of responsiveness
- Interest in Recruiting and developing skills in sourcing, scheduling, interviewing and candidate management
- Technical aptitude and interest in using technology to create dashboards, data and analytics
- Experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse
