What You'll Bring:
- TransUnion is currently recruiting for a dynamic Associate in the Human Resources Talent team, to provide group-wide learning and development support to drive manager and associate capability development.
- The purpose of the role is to identify, design and facilitate learning and development initiatives and onboarding programs to ensure TU managers and associate develop the skills, knowledge and capability to fulfil our vision and strategic objectives.
- The Associate will focus on our onboarding programs and will ultimately ensure our new hires get a warm welcome and experience smooth onboarding to their new roles and the TU culture. This roles works with the wider Global Human Resources team to drive improvement in HR delivery with focus on building our peoples’ capability.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Learning and Development is expected.

Impact You'll Make:
- Regularly source feedback from stakeholders to inform improvements and ensure TU strives for innovative and best practice management and development of managers and associates.
- Outstanding in-person and virtual facilitation and presentation skills with a flair for engaging and motivating participants. Experience in a similar role with responsibility for the design, delivery and evaluation of L&D programs, initiatives and strategies.
- Knowledge of contemporary learning and development theory, practice and adult learning strategies.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a global virtual team with peers and management on all levels of the organization, incorporating effective planning, time management and organizational skills to achieve quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service, with a continuous improvement focus.
- Strong consulting, change management, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced matrixed virtual environment.
- Strong program, project and process management skills (complex, high degree of risk, budget and resource management)
- This position requires travel (20%).
- Proficient in MS Office.
