Reporting to the Global Chief Human Resources Officer, the Chief Human Resources Officer, North America (CHRO, NA) is responsible for leading a team of HR Business Partners in developing the strategic direction and leadership and execution of all HR activities in collaboration with global COEs. Serves as client relationship manager to Management Group members, their leadership teams and key business stakeholders. Responsible for establishing and executing HR policies, processes and services aligned with business priorities. The incumbent is a member of the HR Leadership team and serves as a key HR stakeholder across the organization.

Primary Duties:

The Chief Human Resources Officer, North America (CHRO, NA) will have a minimum of 15+ years of human resources management experience in a complex business environment with significant experience leading teams, developing strategic plans, and executing system-wide strategies and programs. Progressively responsible leadership and demonstrated ability to engage with senior level leaders and executive stakeholders.

Direct leadership and management of the North America HR Consulting Function.

Development and leadership of regional and global HR strategy, executed through HR Consulting Function and direct collaboration with COEs.

Develops, Implements and communicates an overall strategy to meet both the Business Unit's and Corporation's strategic plan. Directs the activities of those areas toward accomplishing those objectives.

Evaluates key business and organizational challenges and works with team to develop and deliver talent strategies to support the business.

Serve as a critical advisor to Management Group members, their leadership teams and key business leaders.

Assumes accountability for financial and staffing resources, including developing and managing capital and expense budgets, liaising cross-function to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.

Knowledge and Skills:

Highly seasoned leader with deep HR expertise and broad business experience, with focus on proactive strategic leadership.

Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing, diverse teams.

Excellent planning, project management, and communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment and management skills, and the ability to interact with senior business area, management and staff.

Deep domain and technical expertise across human resources functions (consulting, recruiting, employee relations, diversity, talent management)

Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills

Ability to use data to drive business decisions

Deep experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design

Deep financial and business acumen and innovative thinkin
