You've seen Farmer's Fridges throughout Chicago… we already have 250 fridges stocked with healthy fresh foods. And they've been featured in the media everywhere.

With $45 million in recent venture capital investment, we'll soon have 500 fridges in the Midwest, on our road to putting them everywhere that humans crave a fresh, healthy alternative to fast-food.

With 150 employees (which will soon double again) our Chief People Officer will get ahead of the hyper-growth curve to develop the talent strategy that maps to our business strategy.

This includes everything you'd expect - recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, retention, the works.

More importantly, you'll be the guardian of our very unique culture as we scale the business.

Based at our offices in West Fulton Market, the role reports directly to the CEO, and includes meaningful equity participation.
