The People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Our main goal is to grow our team through providing a strong culture and value for all our employees. This position is a two-month contract with an opportunity to become full-time, permanent hire. 

The Expertise You Have 

  • Proven success in the HR & Office Administration 
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems (Rippling, Greenhouse, Small Improvements) 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline 
  • Experience working cross-functionally and hold people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure
  • Demonstrate strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skill
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, etc.) 
  • Ability to wear multiple hats – provide ad-hoc support for the People team and collaborative efforts as a firm

  • Outstanding organizational, project management, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, focus on details, and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in a wide array of areas within HR such as onboarding, benefits, employee relations, training & development 
  • Demonstrated use of technical applications and social media tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter 
  • Experience working independently and collaborating with a team
  • Possess strong business acumen
  • Experience supporting HR communications
