We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to support Sertifi’s rapid growth. As the sole recruiter for the company, the right candidate will be well-versed in the recruitment lifecycle and ensuring the best candidate experience. This person will be responsible for recruiting talent for a variety of roles including sales, marketing, customer success, technology and product. We are growing at a fast pace and therefore we are looking for someone who thrives in a startup environment and has the ability to shift priorities and focus as necessary. This position is a 4-month contract role with a targeted start date of March 4, 2019.  

Responsibilities: 

• Execute all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle including screening resumes, sourcing candidates, phone screens, onsite interviews, reference checks, and preparing offer materials 
• Ensure a positive candidate experience; build relationships with candidates and manage communication from initial contact through start date 
• Schedule and coordinate all phone and onsite interviews 
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs; collaborate on candidate criteria, screening questions, assessments and interview plan 
• Work within Applicant Tracking System to post job openings and track candidate pipeline 
• Actively source candidates for a variety of roles, while managing 10-15 requisitions at any given time 
• Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and track recruitment metrics; present detailed reports to leadership team 

Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment  
• Proven track record of sourcing talent across a variety of positions including sales, marketing, customer success, product and technology 
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you’re able to quickly build rapport and influence others 
• Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions  
• Able to maintain high level of confidentiality  
• ATS expertise (JazzHR is a plus)
