Keeper Security is presently looking for an experienced and passionate Corporate Recruiter to join the Keeper Security Talent Acquisition team. This can be a 100% remote position!
Keeper’s applications have millions of users around the world and thousands of Enterprise customers. The Corporate Recruiter will support the high level growth of Keeper through full cycle efforts. Join an elite team of highly skilled Recruiting Rock-stars and help us as we grow our remote National and International workforce! This role is pivotal to meet the market demand for Keeper's Cybersecurity suite of products. This is the right career for you if you:

- Lead the recruiting efforts for our Technology and Sales teams and other parts of the organization where necessary
- Love developing recruitment strategies, policies and procedures - from sourcing to on-boarding technical talent
- Bring hands on experience in developing recruiting best practices for our organization on a global basis; continuously updating processes based on new recruiting trends
- Effectively support the full cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closing qualified candidates
- Can balance applicant data in our ATS
- Are passionate about working closely with hiring managers, CTO & CEO on headcount planning and timing
- Represent Keeper at recruiting and hiring events
- Provide an excellent candidate experience
- Assist on other HR team tasks and initiatives as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting (with a focus on sales and technology candidates preferred)
- Experience with high volume recruiting
- Strong understanding of strategically sourcing candidates
- Ability to be strategic towards business outcomes and manage daily deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, in a fast paced environment and remain focused under pressure (work extended hours as required)
- Most importantly, likes to work hard but have fun!
