Job Description:
To keep our company on the fast track we need the very best talent to lead the way. Our recruiting team supports the business by sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for a variety of positions and departments for our two Chicago offices. The Recruiter will source candidates through active and passive channels using all of the tools at their disposal. To be great in this role you will need to be passionate about recruiting, and genuinely interested in Talent's impact on the business. Our team works closely with hiring managers to build a recruitment strategy, create job descriptions, and manage the interview process. You’ll own the recruitment strategy and process from end-to-end and help us continue to improve our process and develop sourcing strategies to meet and exceed the businesses expectations of recruiting.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives, assess hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and manage searches through the recruiting lifecycle
- Expertly assess talent at every level for skill and cultural fit
- Be the representative of the Vivid Seats brand in the community, at job fairs, and at industry events
- Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations to ensure a smooth recruiting process
- Build offer letters and compensation packages, handle all negotiations with candidates
- Manage a portfolio of active searches and proactively seek out talent to build the pipeline
- Play a role in Talent Management, and other HR programs as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, prefer a mix of experience with technical and non-technical positions
- Tech savvy including understanding of web based recruiting and social networking
- Strong sourcing skills, willing to use a variety of tools to find talent including LinkedIn, job boards, and tools we haven’t thought to use before
- Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting including: sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, manage and facilitate interviews, facilitate post-interview discussions, extend and negotiate offers
- Ability to gain rapport with others quickly and to build and maintain a strong candidate network
- An understanding of employment law basics and interviewing best practices, including behavioral based interviews and immigration law
- Willingness to accept feedback and take on new responsibilities
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
