Our Talent Attraction (TA) team has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst. Working as a TA Strategic Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering on our team priorities, including:
- Building the scale and quality of our TA system
- Rolling out a suite of dynamic, global recruitment technologies
You will serve as an internal consultant for the team, working closely with recruiting functions to streamline and ensure effective adoption of new processes. This role has a strong focus on project management and be involves facilitating project planning and alignment across the team. You will also have the opportunity to work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with our communications team to ensure that McDonald’s is exuding a strong talent brand both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, the principle accountabilities will include, but are not restricted to the following:
Data / Analytics
- You will work to gathering, pull and compile highlights for key talent attraction metrics
- Handle talent data-related inquiries, from both recruiters and extended HR team
- Ensure all data is up to date on both SharePoint and Tableau Dashboard
- You will assist with (1) updating Tableau Dashboard to consolidate data from a variety of sources, including a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and (2) managing TA’s budget planned vs. actuals
Talent Branding
- You will partner with McDonald’s communications team and external agencies to enhance McDonald’s talent brand
- Working with both internal and external teams, you will monitor TA’s presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Assist in creating employee profiles for different functions in order to increase applicant interest and enhance the talent brand
Project Management / Collaboration
- You will assist in leading large, complex projects, including various recruiting technology integrations
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, agile, global team
- Manage Talent Attraction’s organizational charts
- Lead team interactions with shared platforms, including SharePoint and OneDrive
- Role model behaviors demonstrating deep collaboration, partnership, flexibility, and customer focus
- Communicate complex information in a way that is clear, concise and easy to understand
Minimum Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree required
- 1+ years of work experience or multiple internships
- 1+ years' experience using advanced features of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Talent-related experience preferred
- Experience working in a closely collaborative or matrixed environment
- Experience interacting with senior leaders
- Experience working under pressure & handling multiple, highly sensitive issues while balancing competing priorities
- Experience using Shared Platforms (such as SharePoint & OneDrive)
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and time management skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter
