Digital & Platform Services - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead - NAMR
Job Description The JPMorgan Chase Digital & Platform Services Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&PS DE&I) Team focuses on fostering a more inclusive, diverse and innovative culture through strategic programs and interventions that broaden the talent pipeline and positively impact the experience for existing employees across D&PS. The team is focused on attracting, developing, engaging and retaining a diverse workforce for D&PS aligned with the firmwide DE&I Team's strategic pillars.
The D&PS DE&I Lead plays a key role in driving D&PS's overall DE&I agenda forward. The role holder will work closely with the Global Head of Talent and DE&I for D&PS, the D&PS DE&I Lead in EMEA, D&PS business leaders, HR partners and other key stakeholders to execute on D&PS's DE&I path forward. They will act as a Diversity Champion for D&PS Leadership supporting them to identify, act on and measure opportunities to drive the DE&I agenda in their businesses.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance for D&PS leadership and DE&I stakeholders, support governance and execution of associated initiatives.
- Work with D&PS DEI Lead - EMEA & APAC and Head of D&PS Talent and DE&I to manage ongoing strategy, governance and evolution of the overall DE&I programs in alignment with the Firmwide DE&I framework.
- Maintain D&PS DE&I Scorecards and progress towards goals, track key milestones and team deliverables centrally.
- Manage agenda / materials, outcomes and action items for recurring meetings with D&PS DE&I Council and Workstreams.
- Prepare briefings and updates for senior leaders on DE&I items impacting their organisations, town halls, speaking engagements etc.
- Partner with D&PS Executive Communications team to develop and manage strategic communications (internal and external) that reinforce our inclusive culture.
- Work with Workforce Analytics team to track diverse staff for reporting and engagement opportunities.
- Manage D&PS DE&I Mailbox and produce weekly and monthly newsletters.
Qualifications
- Strong influencer and team player with, with excellent interpersonal, analytical, presentation and communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
- Comfort with public speaking, as well as leading large conference calls, webinars, training sessions and telepresence meetings.
- Excellent data analysis and presentation, skilled in storytelling through the use of metrics. Ability to be surgical with data whilst drawing out themes.
- Adept at leveraging existing networks and quickly developing new networks of internal and external stakeholders to drive programs
- Passion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
- Project / program management experience.
- Prior experience with managing global programs.
- Experience with budgetary governance over scaled programs.
- Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritise work as needed.
- Ability to work independently without extensive supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the employee career journey.
- Advanced MS Office Skills, specifically Excel and Powerpoint.
- SharePoint experience preferred.
- Knowledge of DE&I practices preferred.
