Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Director of Talent Acquisition Solutions and Optimization is responsible for developing and executing on our recruiting operations, employment brand and talent attraction and sourcing and market intelligence strategies through innovative, data driven and streamlined approaches.

  • Develop and lead innovation, operational efficiency and drive programs that establish consistency and ensure a best in class hiring experience through three critical teams:  traditional recruiting operations, employment brand and talent attraction and sourcing and market intelligence.
  • Create and deliver on a recruiting operations model and processes that enable Hiring Managers and members of the talent acquisition organization to provide a seamless and best-in-class hiring experiences through process efficiencies, driving Talent Acquisition technology road map, hiring team trainings and communications, and impactful analytics.
  • Develop and execute our employment brand narrative and talent attraction strategy through content, social platforms, data and research, and continually evaluating and finding new practices to make us a best in class organization.
  • Develop and execute a centralized talent sourcing vision, strategy, and roadmap for immediate and long-term hiring goals, with a focus on diversity.
  • Build the foundation for a data-driven organization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all of our systems, reporting, and analysis. 
  • Provide project managing to critical initiatives across stakeholders at all levels, including the change management to ensure initiatives are successful.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or commensurate experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or optimization type roles
  • Minimum of 5 years of people management experience with a proven track record of building, coaching, and developing high performing teams
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition operations, employment brand and talent attraction or sourcing and market intelligence
  • Extensive experience in project management and change management experience
  • Data-driven and can lead the organization in developing reports, data visualizations, and analyses
  • Proven track record of working successfully across cross-functional teams.  Collaborative by nature, you thrive when working cross-functionally, particularly across HR, HRIS, Finance, Technology, etc.  
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work across all levels within an organization
