What you will be doing
Reporting to the EVP, People, the Director, Rewards & People Analytics will lead the strategy, design, implementation of our compensation, benefits, equity and rewards programs, our HR technology and systems, and the KPIs and analytics the People team will use to measure success.

This role requires someone who:

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of reward programs that are scalable and competitive, enabling the attraction and retention of top talent, and aligning with Elevate K-12’s culture and business strategy, including compensation structures, benefits, incentive and equity plans and recognition programs.
- Provide subject matter expertise and accurately interpret, counsel, communicate, and educate Elevate K-12 employees, managers, and leaders on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job evaluations.
- Support the performance feedback process, collaborating with Talent Management to ensure it integrates seamlessly with our compensation processes – salary increases, bonuses, promotions, equity grants and other adjustments.
- Manage HR-side equity administration for all employee grants and share programs.
- Conduct market research, analysis and recommend adjustments to ensure our current pay practices remain highly competitive and ensure internal equity.
- Work with the EVP, People to prepare presentation materials for the Elevate Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
- Partner with leadership and the People team to develop, implement and communicate structured career pathways.
- Manage US benefit strategy, design, administration and communication to support a dynamic growing employee population.
- Lead HR system evaluation, selection, configuration and implementation, looking for opportunities to leverage technology to streamline and improve processes, workflow, utilization and reporting.
- Develop, analyze and produce regular workforce and HR metrics reports in support of continuous improvement.
- Lead other important projects as they emerge!
Who you Are
- A minimum of 10 years combination of compensation, benefits, HR and HRIS experience
- Ability to collaborate and operate at pace as part of a small team in a high-growth startup environment
- Experience with HR and talent technology evaluation, selection, configuration and implementation
- Strong project management skills, analytical skills, and knowledge of compensation and benefit programs
- Accountable self-starter with strong organization skills, detail orientation, and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related discipline
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
