An Insider's view of Fast Radius

What are some social events your company does?

I believe it’s important to build a strong community at our fast-growing company. There always seems to be something fun going on. Whether it's company-sponsored events like our holiday parties & potlucks or more casual get-togethers after work such as happy hours & sports leagues. These events have helped me get to know people in all divisions.

Kyle Tabatt

Senior Account Executive

What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?

Fast Radius has a strong culture of collaboration. Even the physical layout of the office supports that. The design engineers are next to the manufacturing engineers and the factory so it is easy for us to get feedback and brainstorm in real-time as parts are getting produced.

What does career growth look like on your team?

Growth be can twofold: Growth on a functional level - finding new ways to improve customers' experience with Fast Radius. On an individual level, growth is the expansion of an individual's depth and breadth of skills and experience. As we continue to innovate as a function, new opportunities continue for team members to learn, contribute, and lead.

Jesse Sherwood

Director, Customer Success

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

I empower my team to be more creative & forward-thinking by ensuring they have the space to do strategic thinking and actually implement it. We use an OKR system to set high level objectives backed by concrete key results at a company level, and our teams are responsible for designing their individual OKRs to support company OKRs.

As a marketer, I feel lucky to have so many experts at Fast Radius who are willing and excited to share their knowledge.
