Diversity and Inclusion Analyst
The Diversity and Inclusion Analyst will support the planning, coordination, and management of various analytical and research projects as they relate to Bounteous’s diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and initiatives across our global practices and partner with other members of Learning and Diversity and Talent and Culture to drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) programs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform analytical work for Bounteous’s DE&I programs involving data retrieval, data validation, trend analysis, and database management.
- Provide data analysis for external diversity surveys, leadership meetings and executive requests.
- Develops and maintains reports, database tools, and dashboards to monitor and track team member engagement throughout the year.
- Generate actionable insights by joining large data sets from various data sources, and applying analytical techniques.
- Communicate findings to internal and stakeholders clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to leaders and decision makers.
- Responsible for assuring the accuracy and validity of both source data and results and interpreting results into recommendations.
- Partner with various stakeholders across Bounteous practice areas and competencies to gather diversity data, and aggregate and analyze data on an enterprise wide level.
- Support ad hoc reporting in relation to Bounteous’s DE&I programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Statistics, Public Health, or related field, or the equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of analytics /reporting experience in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space.
- Data Visualization experience; demonstrated ability to tell the story.
- Prior experience with statistical analysis/reporting tools and data visualization.
- Ability to manage and manipulate data using MS Excel or MS Access via macros, queries, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formatting, charting, etc.)
- Effective communication skills.
