Employee Experience Coordinator

The EX Coordinator has the opportunity to experience and learn what it is like to work in a Human-Centered, Human Resources Organization. This role provides hands-on experience in supporting the EX team and ensuring our employees have a great employee experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Ensuring the successful onboarding of our new hires, including:
- Completing I-9 forms, verifying I-9 documentation and maintaining I-9 files. Submitting online investigation requests and assisting with new-employee background checks.
- Source, and assist in the delivery of policy-related education, training and documentation.
Create a positive experience for foreign national employees through visa and Green Card processes including:
- Maintaining physical and digital immigration files
- Acting as a liaison between immigration attorneys and employees - attending weekly meetings and following up with employees to share status updates and acquire additional documentation
- Acting as the main point of contact for foreign national employees, and answering employee questions.
- Work with talent acquisition and team leads to create job descriptions and other necessary documentation for Visa and Green Card applications.
Creating a Best in Class Employee Experience, including:
- Auditing and updating Employee Portal and Handbook pages, which include our policies and procedures
- Assisting with our EEO-1 filing as well as other government regulated reports
- Supporting in the Open Enrollment Administration process as well as year-long benefit initiatives
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, and other company events
- Contributing to the quarterly performance review processes with the use of spreadsheets and letter templates to streamline communication and timelines
Collaborating and contributing to the team, including:
- Coordinating and posting EX announcements across multiple mediums which include TV’s, desk drops and other innovative ways to reach employees
- EX contact for employees who have questions/ concerns about benefits, payroll, policies, performance reviews, etc.
- Assisting with metrics reporting as needed
- Running accurate reports, coordinating with data entry, facilitating correspondence, and maintaining files and databases.

- Above average proficiency with Google Suite products and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
