Employee Experience (HR) Coordinator

Solstice seeks an EX Coordinator to support our EX team. If you are exploring a career in Human Resources, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to varying responsibilities within the HR umbrella.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping coordinate new hire onboarding sessions
- Preparing new hire welcome packets
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, and other company events
- Helping with EX announcements including visuals broadcasted across TV’s in the office
- Shadowing and assisting with previous employment verifications
- Becoming familiar with benefits information
- Learning document storage best practices
- Assisting in documentation related to policies
- Contributing to our quarterly performance review processes
- Assisting with Solstice U class scheduling
- Assisting with metrics reporting as needed
- Running accurate reports, coordinating with data entry, facilitating correspondence, and maintaining files and databases.
- Assisting in preparing weekly company newsletter
- Bringing your ideas to the table and ideally implementing new initiatives
What we are looking for in you:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a project from start to finish - you have a strong sense of determination and take pride in your work
- Even-keeled and can handle a full workload - you aren’t afraid of a new challenge and are up for learning new skills
- A people person and genuinely care about employee experiences and our Solstice culture
- Experienced in an administrative role, or customer facing position
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
