What you’ll do:

In this role, you will support the sales and recruiting life cycle. This involves building strong partnerships with prospective clients and potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have a talent for capturing optimal matches for open roles, as well as for our client network. 

As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will play a vital role in the inner workings of client and candidate sourcing, qualification, onboarding, and successful relationship building with our clients, for Temporary, Temp to Hire, and Direct Hire positions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing excellent service to our clients/candidates from conception to completion.
 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Desk Recruiter in a similar industry
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, Resume Databases, and CRM Platforms
• Prior experience at a startup or working within the gig economy, preferred
• Technically astute with a demonstrated ability to learn and improve new technology
• Superb time management and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
