 What are your responsibilities?

  • Create innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns for difficult to fill roles

  • Have or are passionate about learning how to develop a unique personal brand through strategically targeted in-market events and online channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

  • Strategically utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social networks, Github, technology community events, meet-ups and other research methods to source passive candidates.

  • Partner with Recruiting team and hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each open requisition.

  • Own and juggle multiple requisitions and maintain high quality/maximum traction for hiring managers at all times.

  • Assist with coordinating and organizing recruiting efforts while working closely with stakeholders on immigration requirements, updates, processes, and timelines (e.g., Recruiting, hiring managers, etc).

  • Proactively build talent pipelines for candidates.

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards for all work performed.

Must have:

  • 3 – 5 years as a full cycle recruiter.

  • 1-2 years of experience recruiting Development Professionals with Full-stack, Front-end, Mobile and Data backgrounds

  • A “Yes” approach to collaboration and creative problem solving with the Talent Experience Team, internal customers and candidates

  • Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and team first mentality

  • Bachelor's degree or related HR/administrative experience.

  • Professional experience with a cutting edge Applicant Tracking System / CRM (i.e. Greenhouse, JobVite, etc.)

  • Strong organizational skills, high level of attention to detail, and excellent follow through

  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working on own initiative with limited supervision.

  • Resourceful, with the ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

Nice to have:

  • Hands on experience in working with immigration and H1B Visas

  • Experience working with collaboration tools such as Slack and OneDrive
