Global Learning and Development Manager
Overview
iManage is hiring a Global Learning and Development Manager to create high quality, scalable learning experiences across our employee base and customer and partner community. This individual will report directly into our Chief People Officer, working closely with People Ops, Training & Customer Adoption, and cross-functionally with all departments to curate, create, and continuously improve our learning content for the iManage community.
Responsibilities
- Build a curriculum to create a learning journey that develops the skills to make employees, partners, and customers successful on the iManage platform
- Consult with department leaders to assess the learning needs of each group, developing solutions and leading the design, development, and implementation of interactive learning solutions
- Implement multiple delivery methods for learning solutions including instructor-led, web-based, and virtual classroom
- Partner with People Ops and Adoption teams to create vision for onboarding plan that supports rapid ramp time for new hires and partners through the INDOC curriculum
- Build and present content in new hire orientation and partner orientation
- Engage with subject matter experts throughout the organization to build a community of appropriate learning resources
- Create mentorship program for partners and iManage Employees that fosters a culture of learning
- Develop reporting system and metrics to monitor the progression and success of program participants and the impact of the program on the business
- Coordinate training for partner events and user conferences to effectively enable users of the product
- Implement, manage, and maintain learning content within LMS
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in training and development, human resources, learning or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, or learning and development role with a Technology company
- Proven experience designing and developing training materials
- Familiarity and working experience with an LMS
- Proven experience with learning implementation and experience driving performance through impactful training
- Knowledge of measurement and program evaluation
- Ability to complete projects with tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence across all leadership levels globally
- Strategic thinker, with ability to quickly assess and summarize information and effectively identify issues or risks and potential resolutions
