The Expertise You Have

  • Proven success in the HR & Office Administration
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems (Rippling, Greenhouse, Small Improvements)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline
  • Experience working cross-functionally and hold people accountable for deliverables without a formal reporting structure
  • Demonstrate strategic, analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Strong understanding of Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, etc.)

  • Success building long-term relationships with clients and business partners
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, focus on details, and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated use of technical applications and social media tools such as Linked In, Facebook, Twitter
  • Experience working independently and collaborating with a team
  • Possess strong business acumen
  • Experience supporting HR communications

  • Share key insights to assist in delivering creative and innovative approaches to HR initiatives 
  • Partner with People Operations Leader to coordinate campus activities host/attend career fairs, meetings and conferences
  • Support Operations team with administrative projects
  • Ready to assist Office Management on day to day operations as needed
  • Serve as point of contact for HR related topics
  • Own scheduling of interviews, collection of feedback, and information requested from candidates
  • Grow as subject matter expert in HR workforce trends
  • Ensure consistent approach to corporate brand and image in all activities
  • Determine level of commitment and serve as primary relationship manager
  • Travel as required throughout the recruitment cycle to multiple regions for events
