HR Assistant (Temp)

With our global expansion we are implementing a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS). We are looking for a highly motivated and organized temporary HR Assistant until the end of the 2020 calendar year. This individual will have a high attention to detail and assist with administrative duties during our implementation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding employees
- Creates and maintains all active and terminated employee files
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employee and status-changes in HRIS
- Assist with new hire paperwork, including I-9s and ensure new employees are appropriately set up for payroll and benefits
- Input PTO requests and monitors balances
- Respond to employee questions regarding accessing and updating their information
- Reconcile benefit invoices
- Respond to notifications from various state entities related to employment and data submission requirements
- Process department invoices
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, data-entry or HR role
- Minimum high school diploma, college degree preferred
- Strong organizational, time management and computer skills
