As the Human Resources Consultant you will be responsible for managing 10-20 different accounts (varies based on services selected) as it pertains to their varying HR needs. The HRC will act as a Human Resources Generalist for their clients and works with them in three main areas: HRIS management, Strategic HR projects, training and initiatives, and overall employee relations risk management.
About this roll*:
- Deliver sound and knowledge-based advice on Human Resources issues and employee relations risk
- Ensure ongoing labor law compliance for clients, from both a local and federal perspective
- Various HR Projects created for and delivered to a wide array of restaurant clients
- Trainings delivered in-person or remotely to clients’ employees on relevant HR topics
- Act as a liaison between the client and our employment law firms
- Assist in benefits-related questions and correspond with Clients’ benefit brokers
- Respond to HR questions and requests in a timely manner
- Advise clients on best practices fighting unemployment claims
Do you have the right ingredients*?
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred, but not required
- Account Management experience is a plus
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Basic understanding of business principles
- HR Generalist experience a plus, but not required
