As the HR Coordinator you will provide hands on support to our Cooler Team and execute on our people initiatives, provide great internal and external support, and drive teammate excellence and process improvement.  You will handle a variety of HR duties in support of the team member life cycle as well as company projects and initiatives. You will be a trusted partner and play an important role in establishing the team member experience at Cooler Screens.

Who You Are:

  • You've been an early HR/people ops team member at a quickly growing company
  • You're constantly thinking about new and creative ways to build culture, boost team member engagement, and retain top talent
  • You love what you do, and you're excited about having significant impact on a quickly-growing company
  • You have experience assisting with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee engagement events, and external industry and client meetings and events
  • You are a detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of your job responsibilities, meets deadlines, and can communicate effectively with teammate and external clients and vendors 
  • You work best in a bold, fast-paced environment
  • You enjoy team camaraderie and multitasking, all while working in a fun environment

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related concentration
  • 2-4 years of HR or related administrative/coordinator experience
  • Work experience as an HR Coordinator or other relevant role preferably with a mix of experience in fast-growing technology companies and more established organizations
  • Experience with building and driving scalable solutions that are team member focused and in line with our objectives, vision, and strategy
  • Experience documenting and executing internal HR processes all with an eye of making these processes better, scalable, and more efficient
  • A very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving and analytical skills to manage daily administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with numbers, presentations, analysis, MS Excel formulae and the Office 365 suite of applications
  • Spreadsheet preparation and presentation skills 
  • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking System software 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
