HR Coordinator

You’ll work with some of the sharpest minds in proprietary trading, technology, creative marketing and business development. You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and maintaining employee hard and electronic files, including accurate form collection by employment type, regular I-9 and employee agreement audits, ensure compliance with state and federal laws
- Managing data entry and basic administration for multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting
- Working collaboratively and effectively with the Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Learning & Development team to execute a smooth onboarding process
- Working collaboratively with the Marketing team to execute all events and perks
You’ll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have:
- At least 1+ year of experience working in HR
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
- Strong communication and organization skills, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to help manage multiple tasks at once, prioritize accordingly and maintain attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the willingness to go above and beyond
- Ability to track and analyze data and report data in a clear, organized format
