HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will support the Talent Management team in administrative tasks and event coordination. This role is ideal for someone looking for exposure to Human Resources, Organizational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D)!

This person must be a strong collaborator with an acute attention to detail. This role involves administering employee reward programs, performance review processes, and managing logistics for all L&D programs. The Talent Management Coordinator will also be exposed to design and development of performance management and learning & development programs.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration & troubleshooting of Echo’s employee rewards and performance review platform, called Echo Engage.
  • Manage on-boarding/off-boarding and troubleshooting of platforms, including Inspired E-Learning, Echo Engage, and Workplace by Facebook.
  • Coordinate logistics for all OD events, including: Company Town Halls, Talent Team Summits, and Leadership Meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics (space, materials, food, branch travel and calendar) for all L&D professional development and leadership trainings.
  • Revamp and manage training request intake.
  • Manage intake of survey requests (Pulse Surveys, 360s, Exit, etc.) and deliver survey reports.
  • Assist in event coordination for the Annual Awards Trip.
  • Source opportunities for and manage external company and individual awards.
  • Manage engagement of L&D Workplace pages.
  • Track training participant attendance.
  • Create On-boarding calendar for Talent Team new hires.
  • Schedule & create agenda for Talent Team Huddles.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications or related field.
  • 0-2 years of demonstrated experience in an administrative role.
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environment.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • People and service oriented.
  • Ability to work with confidential materials and quickly build trust among key stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, especially regarding validating clarity and accuracy of content/information.
  • Must be results and outcome driven.
  • Interest in developing a career Talent Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
